Institutions and organizations of the project member states responsible for monitoring biological effects or its supervision on a national scale and for the whole region as HELCOM participates in the project. The goal of the project is to create a dialogue with various stakeholder organizations (industry, wastewater treatment plants, shipyards, port administrations etc) in order to evaluate the needs and obstacles related to their activities in assessing the impact of pollution on the water ecosystem.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>project tasks<\/strong> include developing a survey, collection and evaluation of information related to the current application and methods of biological effects caused by the impact of pollutants in the Baltic Sea ecosystem, the development of integrated biological effects methods and evaluation criteria, pilot-evaluation in individual sub-basins of the Baltic Sea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading
