Vadošā pētniece, Jūras monitoringa nodaļas Hidroķīmijas laboratorija

Kopš 1998. gada strādā Latvijas Hidroekoloģijas institūtā, Jūras monitoringa nodaļā, darbu sāka kā ķīmiķis jūras un ostu sedimentu izpētē. Šobrīd atbildīga par vietējo un starptautisko zinātnisko projektu un monitoringa darbu plānošanu, vadīšanu un izpildi. Atbildīga par LHEI datu uzglabāšanas sistēmas LATMARE izveidi un uzturēšanu, kā arī datu ziņošanu dažādu Eiropas vides organizāciju vajadzībām, vides novērtējumam un stratēģiskai plānošanai. Nacionālās monitoringa programmas un zinātniskās pētniecības ietvaros ir uzkrāta pieredze un zināšanas par ūdens, sedimentu un biotas ievākšanu, priekšapstādi un sagatavošanu turpmākām analīzēm, barības vielu un bīstamo vielu, arī metālisko elementu, kvantitatīvām analīzēm ūdenī, sedimentos un bioloģiskajos objektos, kā arī iegūto rezultātu interpretāciju zinātnisko publikāciju, monitoringa un zinātnisko grantu/projektu atskaišu sagatavošanā. Apmāca jaunos darbiniekus praktiskām iemaņām ūdeņu vides pētniecībā.
