Workshop “Improving monitoring of microplastic pollution in rivers and coastal sand”.

The Latvian Institute of Aquatic Ecology invites to participate in the final workshop of the Latvian Environmental Protection Fund project “Improving monitoring of microplastic pollution in rivers and coastal sand“, during which participants will be presented with the results obtained on study about microplastic pollution in coastal beach sands and rivers.

The seminar will take place onNovember 23rd at 10.00 AM. 10:30 The seminar will be held at the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development, Peldu Street 25, Riga, and will also be available for visitors to connect remotely via the online platform “Zoom”. The event will be held in Latvian.

You are invited to register for the seminar in person or remotely by November 17th by filling out the online application form.
