Achievements at the national conference of Latvian highschool students’ scientific research works
This week on May 22, Katrīna Pētersone, 12th grade student of Riga State Gymnasium No.1, received a second degree diploma for a very well-defended paper “The role of tourism on microplastic pollution in the lakes of Gulbene district” at the 48th national conference of scientific research works of Latvian highschool students under natural sciences.
Her work includes the results of project “Lakes connect” and on our part the work was led by Research Assistant Elīna Vecmane.
