PhD grants competition The aim of the competition is to strengthen the academic staff of DU in areas of strategic specialisation, mainly by promoting renewal and moving towards the implementation of the new doctoral model – an innovation-oriented doctoral framework.
This call for proposals offers 12 places in the following scientific clusters:
- Natural sciences – 7 (including 1 at the cooperation partner – Daugavpils University agency “Latvian Institute of Hydro-ecology”);
- Social sciences – 4;
- Humanities and Arts – 1.
Applications and submission of documents are open until 2022. 6. January.
