- Atbildīgā par LHEI Hidrobioloģijas laboratoriju
- Atbildīgā par fitoplanktona monitoringu un datu kvalitāti, pieredze darbā ar vides stāvokļa novērtēšanas indikatoru izstrādi un ieviešanu
- Vada HELCOM Fitoplanktona ekspertu grupu (EG PHYTO) un darbojas HELCOM Barības tīkla darba grupā (CG Foodweb), kā arī ICES fitoplanktona un mikrobialās ekoloģijas darba grupā (ICES WGPME), Baltijas jūras integrētā novērtējuma darba grupā (ICES WGIAB) un EuroGOOS Bioloģiskās novērtēšanas darba grupā (BIOWG)
